The document explores the priorities and challenges of communications teams in NGOs in Chile. Through two group dialogues, with a total of 15 communications directors and team members, we tried to understand how they see their daily challenges, the gaps faced and their work’s future.
These conversations were developed using semi-structured interviews. To complement and contextualize the findings, we reviewed literature from different fields: strategic communication, communication for development, information technologies, and the non-profit sector study.
This publication is intended for people in management positions, communications professionals in NGOs and researchers in Communications.
